At AZAT MARD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state the reason for return.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
